Power Packed Breakfast Smoothie

Power Packed Breakfast Smoothie

1/2 c kale or spinach

1/4 banana

1/4 c blueberries or raspberries

1/2 small avocado

1 Tbsp coconut oil/MCT oil

1 Tbsp nut butter (any variety- no added sugar)

protein powder* look for a good protein, no added sugar, no artificial sugar, My go to brand is Orgain which is a protein plus superfood blend.

2 cup almond or coconut, or full fat dairy milk (your choice) * if you want a slushy icy treat do 1/2 milk variety with 1/2 c ice cubes

1 tsp cacao nibs


Blend everything except the cacao nibs, pour into glass, top with nibs and enjoy your power packed breakfast!
