Chocolate Fudge Brownie Batter Ball

With holiday parties just around the corner I wanted to share several healthier dessert options. You do not have to give up desserts to be healthy! Just focus on healthy ingredients.


Chocolate Fudge Brownie Batter Ball





INGREDIENTS

  

  • 1/3 C almond, peanut or any variety nut butter, no added sugar

  • 1/4 C maple syrup or honey or use a liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener at recommended conversion rate.

  • 1/2 C. raw cacao powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • pinch salt

  • 1/2 C. unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/2 C. chocolate chips dark or semi sweet or see my webpage link for healthy chocolate chip options under "recommended products"

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • Add the nut butter and maple syrup/ honey/ (or natural no sugar sweetener)  together in a large bowl, mixing well. Then add in the remaining ingredients, except coconut flakes and 1/2 of the chocolate chips stirring in the chocolate chips last. Scoop into serving bowl, mound and form to the shape of a ball. press coconut flakes and chocolate chips around the chocolate ball

Serve with strawberries, apples, banana chunks, or a healthy pretzel or cookie.
