With holiday parties in full swing. I'm sharing several healthier dessert options. You do not have to give up dessert to be healthy. Just focus on healthy ingredients! This delicious and healthy dessert is a always a favorite. Perfect for a quick delicious Christmas morning breakfast side.

Berry Baked Crumble Cake
Ingredients
6 C mixed berries, can be fresh or frozen (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries.
3 Tbsp. stevia or monk fruit sweetener ( if you're not trying to reduce glucose you can use honey)
3 Tbsp. Tapioca flour or almond flour. Or you can sub arrowroot powderÂ
1Â tsp Lemon JuiceÂ
Topping
1 Cup Rolled old fashioned oats
2/3 Cup almond or coconut flourÂ
2 Tsp Stevia or Monk fruit
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
6 Tbsp. butter or coconut oil
Instructions
 Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a 2 quart baking dish, or cast iron oven dish, add mixed berries and all filling ingredients. Mix until combined. Set aside.Â
2. In a medium bowl, add oat flour, rolled oats, sweetener , cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed. Add in cubed butter or coconut oil using a hand held pastry blender or a fork until mixed into a crumbly mixture.Â
3. Place crumble topping on berry mixture and bake at 350 F. for about 30 minutes until top is golden brown.Â
4. Delicious if served warm, or chill for a cold desert if preferred. Top with homemade whipping cream sweetened with liquid stevia or monk fruit if desired.Â
