Super-Fudgy Super-Healthy Brownies

With holiday parties in full swing. I'm sharing several healthier dessert options. You do not have to give up dessert to be healthy. Just focus on healthy ingredients!

Super-Fudgy Super-Healthy Brownies


1 ripe avocado mashed

1 ripe banana mashed

1 egg

1/2 Tsp vanilla

1/4 C raw cacao powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 C unsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 C almonds or walnuts (optional)

coconut oil to grease muffin pan 


Preheat oven to 350 F

Add first 7 ingredients to a mixing bowl Using electric beaters beat until well blended with no chunks once blended to a puree add coconut flakes and nuts, mix.  Spoon mixture into a well greased (coconut oil works great) 12 C muffin pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool before removing from the pan and serving.
